Return Policy

All unworn, unlaundered merchandise is returnable for a refund (not including any shipping charges) within 15 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Clothing items must be unworn and still have all tags attached. Be sure to include the plastic wrapper.

Contact us for help with free exchanges on cosmetics, skincare, and personal body care products where applicable.

If tags have been removed from the garment and/or the original plastic wrapper not returned, there will be a 10% re-stocking fee upon return.

A dated return label will be included with your shipment for your convenience.

If you discover that you need a different size or style, reorder a new one online or via email. You will receive Free Shipping out to you on the second order if the order is received within 30 days of the first order.

All returns should be insured by the customer to protect themselves.

Returns for items purchased for Christmas presents need to be returned by January 15.

We do not accept returns of clothing that has been worn, laundered, or had tags removed. Try on before you remove tags please.
