Orders of clothing items will be shipped to you as soon as the merchandise is received by us from the manufacturer. Estimated shipping dates of Koret clothing items are found on the individual Koret product pages.
Extra shipping and handling charges will be applied to orders that need to be shipped in partial shipments due to different delivery dates. In these cases, shipping and handling charges will be calculated at the rates listed above for each partial shipment at the time of shipping,
Forever New is usually in-stock and will be shipped immediately.
All orders are shipped either via United States Postal Service or UPS.
If you receive damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately or contact your delivery carrier directly.
Orders Shipped to Europe
European customers should please be aware that packages from the United States incur Import Duty payable upon delivery. More information on Import Duty should be available from"H.M. Customs & Excise" or your local "Parcelforce" Depot in the UK.
Order Status
Upon completion of your order through our secure checkout process, you will receive a verification e-mail message confirming your order if you suppy a valid e-mail address.You will also receive an e-mail message notifiying you when your order ships from USPS.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax at your established city rate on all orders sent to addresses within the state of South Dakota.
Return Policy
All merchandise is returnable for a refund (not including any shipping charges) within 15 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase. .Clothing items must be unworn and still have all tags attached. Please include the plastic wrapper.
If tags have been removed from the garmet there will be a 10% re-stocking fee upon return.
A dated return label will be included with your shipment for your convenience. If you discover that you need a different size, you should reorder that item as soon as possible because availability may be limited. All returns should be insured by the customer to protect themselves.
Returns for items purchased for Christmas presents need to be returned by January 15.
We do not accept returns of clothing that has been worn, laundered, or had tags removed. Try on before you remove tags please.
Secure Shopping
Rosanne's uses a secure server to transmit all data. A secure server is set up to send and receive encrypted information over the Internet, which prevents the information from being viewed. Once you start the checkout process, your browser will go into secure mode, and the information which you transmit will be encrypted and kept safe and confidential. We do not store your credit card information on any computers.
