This elastic waist skirt is awesome in this wonderful, fabric that slinks across the body. It's 35.5" long in the size small and will get about 1" longer with each size up. A full elastic waistband compliments the long back slit. This is the best acetate knit in the industry made of 95% acetate and 5% spandex. Slinky fabric from Picadilly is simialr to what other manufacturers call "Travel Knits". It never wrinkles and does not cling.
