The bottom has side slits. The jacket is 25" long and made of 95% acetate and 5% spandex. This wonderful, easy care fabric is similar to that known as travel knits. Never wrinkles! The photo is a little hard to see, but it is just like the long jacket, #1425, except it is shorter.
