Payment Methods

We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. PayPal and Amazon Pay are also offered.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping charges are now a flat rate of $6.95 for orders totaling less than $100 shipping to the United States. Orders totaling more than $100 before tax or shipping charges ship for free in the US.

International orders will show the shipping amount during checkout.

Orders of clothing items will be shipped to you as soon as the merchandise is received by us from the manufacturer.

All orders are shipped either via United States Postal Service or UPS.

If you receive damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately or contact your delivery carrier directly. 

Orders Shipped to Europe

European customers should please be aware that packages from the United States incur Import Duty payable upon delivery. More information on Import Duty should be available from "H.M. Customs & Excise" or your local "Parcelforce" Depot in the UK. 

Order Status

Upon completion of your order through our secure checkout process, you will receive a verification e-mail message confirming your order if you supply a valid e-mail address. You will also receive an e-mail message notifying you when your order ships from USPS along with a tracking number. 

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax at your established city rate on all orders sent to addresses within the state of South Dakota. At this time we have not met quotas to charge you sales tax in any other state.

I wanted to let you know in writing how much I appreciate the excellent service that Rosannes provides. You have a great inventory to choose from, you acknowledge when you first get an order, then you send the order number, and then when the items is available for shipment you let me know when it shipped and when I should expect to receive it. You also let me know when an item is completely out of stock and give me the option to still buy the item if it becomes available or cancel the order. These days this type of customer service is rare – I really, really appreciate the work you all do. I have recommended your website to my friends who always love the pieces that I have gotten from you all. I will continue to do this.
